Blue Bayou began in 2018 with a brave Canadian ladies vision to create something completely different that has never been seen before at Secret Beach. We built 5 small tables to start and introduced an in-water dining experience that would become bigger than what we could have ever imagined and a forever part of the Blue Bayou’s story.

From those first tables in the water to the Blue Bayou you see today, we’ve grown alongside an incredible community of locals and visitors from around the world. Through it all, our heart has stayed the same— a place where people could experience the beauty of Belize while sharing great food, drinks and unforgettable moments. As we continue to grow our social media with now over 700K followers on Instagram and over 3 Million on Facebook we always remember our small beginnings.

Eight years later, we’re proud to keep sharing our little piece of paradise with everyone who visits, and even more excited for the memories still to be made.
